You should. I talked with customer care too regarding my payment, and they said the same thing: 5X on insurance payment via too. You have made the transaction of 50K more in your billing cycle, right?

The eligible transactions for 5x business reward points are
19647/- (base 650, bonus 2600)
1417/- (base 45, bonus 180)
211/- (base 5, bonus 20)
500/- (base 15, bonus 60)

total bonus 5x according to my calculation is 2860 points but i received 2900 points in next statement. dont know about 40 point diff.

I didnt get 5x rewards on electricity bill of 13680/- and gas cylinder of 812/- as that was paid through bills and recharges (netbanking)

what happened with PZ Gas Cylinder ? you did not pay that with payzapp ?

am i right to understand that the capping for 5x is different for spends on smartbuy vouchers via gyftr and the utility payments of payzapp for bizblack..
they are capped at 10,000 & 7,500 respectively ... Am I right ?
