20000 limit on indie debit card on mobikwik

I am trying to make credit bill payment from mobikwik using indie debit card, previous transaction failed as app crashed but when I am retrying am getting 20k limit message.

Did anyone face similar issue?

Fir bhi 20k ka limit kuch jyada hi kaam nahi hua, app pe per day transaction limit 4L ka set hai, firbhi.

Need to do full kyc to remove the limits as well as plug into Govts monitoring network 1st via mobile otp/adhar/pan before you make major moves.

Basically Minimum KYC accounts have limits on mobikwik due to RBI + Income Tax Dept regulatory requirements.

Once you complete FULL KYC then Mobikiwk removes those limits.

For example as per MK:

• Enhanced Balance Limits: The limit goes up to Rs 1,00,000 from the initial Rs 20,000.

Now this is not applicable for you but do note mk have daily limits like:
1 CC is sometimes blocked temporarily for that day on mk app only if used more than 5 times a day.

Could be any similar issue as above but on monthly cap basis for your case which the MK can see on the back end

If you hav not reached the full KYC max limit then contact MK via help & request resolution.
