2 HDFC debit cards in 2 accounts linked with same customer ID

I have 2 accounts in HDFC linked with same customer ID (First one I opened was a minor account and AMB was Rs 5000 and the second was opened after 1-2 years , I don't remember what account it was maybe it was savings max account as it came with free platinum debit card and now when I check the account balance for both of the accounts the AMB is Rs 0)

I got my account upgraded to preferred 3-4 months back (don't know for how long I was enrolled in classic before that)

Some months back after upgrading my account to preferred I closed my debit card on the First account as it was chargeable (fee was deducted last year in August),
Now if i re issue that card or upgrade it to millennia DC will I get charged for that or it will be free since i am a preferred customer ?

Within 3 to 7 days..it will definitely be deactivated

Millennia DC will be automatically hotlisted after 3-5 working days of your Platinum Card delivery.
