Axis Atlas (1st Sep onwards) Comparison of Miles on Axis Reserve v/s Atlas v/s Magnus

Hi everyone,

Can someone take a look at the miles values below (for a spend of 10k INR in each category) and verify if it all checks out. Will be useful not only for me, but everyone else too in the new transfer ratio setup.

Assumptions
  • Miles are for 5:2 partners for Magnus / Reserve, and 1:2 partners for Atlas.
  • Magnus calcs are for spends < 1.5 lacs
  • Milestone benfits (like on Atlas) not taken into consideration
Thanks

Are you sure Atlas provides RPs on rent and considers the same for milestone calculations?

Don't think Atlas gives 5EM/100 on Traveledge - only on airline/hotel direct right?

Is it worth paying 59000 for the Burgundy private card to get 5:4 conversion ratio and ZERO forex charge?
Currently Burgundy private card gives 15 edge points (12 partner points/miles) on every 200 spend.

Or would it be better to take the Atlas card?

Pg no 3, point no 2
Exclusion given in bracket
Yes so only fuel and wallet recharge dont get any Atlas miles.
And insurance only up to 5000 gets 2 miles/100.
Above 5000 no miles.

Rent is not mentioned , so it has to give 2 miles/100 up to 50000 at least.(assuming same as Magnus, since nothing is mentioned about rent)

Direct airline, direct hotel and traveledge portal get 5 miles/100.
Undoubtedly direct airline would be better than traveledge because air ticket prices are substantially higher on traveledge.
In both cases there will be no convenience fees, unlike the online travel agencies like mmt, Cleartrip

Just take the Reserve calculation in the original post image and multiply by 2. Then you can compare to Atlas. Plus also factor in how much more the card fees are compared to Atlas.

Burgandy private is available to customers with burgandy private account that requires an NRV of 5cr.
If I have 5cr, I will not be worried about 5:4 or 5:2 🤪
