Yes it started accepting new deposits and also withdrawal is getting delayed with a statement we have escalated it to ur bank and the resolution takes 7 days
 
Classic example of high risk low return investment. Banks give up to 8% and insured up to 5 L per account name. For mere 4% extra why would anyone risk the principal is beyond my understanding.

Equity or mutual funds can be good choice for high risk high return. Returns can be upwards of 20% cagr.

Yes exactly. We can select lower risk and settle for slightly less returns while someone else can target higher risk.

In this 12% club, we seldom have choices like lower risk (say secured loans).
