Also How much days are taken to reflect the 750 point (capped) after bill pay?

1. I don't know. Many including me have been receiving promotional cashpoints from last two months.

2. 3-4 days. But during last week of month it usually takes more time.

Two RBL cards hdfc autopay was successful at 28-08-2025 6:41 AM and amount debited.
But still the amount is not credited in credit card accounts.
Any idea how much more time to wait since more than 24 hrs has passed ?

You have not got any failed sms?
Can you check billpay section in hdfc bank app or website? If it shows pending then it will be failed in next 24 hrs. If it's already failed state then better pay those bills from other platform.
Deducted amount reversal happen in 5 working days, mostly you will see credit in 3 working days in your hdfc bank account.

In this situation better pay from other platform tomorrow. Or if you want to take risk wait till one day before due date and pay on due date morning only.

Has any of your transactions failed? It happens when for any bill amount is deducted but later that transaction moves to failed state. But then hdfc rewards points for this failed transactions. So I think you might have redeemed your rewards but then when hdfc reversed paid amount in your bank for failed transaction you already encashed rewards so they now also reversed points.
