Last 4 Autopay payments haven't received cash back yet...june 11th,12,13 & 15...is that they stopped cashback for the smartpay for that merchant name?

Just load into payzapp or amazon, then transfer it back to your account.

Use that money to pay your cc bill (using upi).

You will get ₹400 cashback within 90 days. (Can take anywhere from 4 to 90, so keep checking.)

Seems correct. I don't use HDFC anymore. If you haven't hit the limit, then something is definitely wrong.

If it was month end, then this kind of delay would've made sense, but you should have received points of 11th date.

If I use directly on any app for bill payments I will get 2.5% so I am interested in knowing any app which is currently working for direct bill payments and every month adding 40k and transferring back to account is hectic and I have to answer a lot questions when I file for ITR

No apps working as of now.

HDFC autopay is working for all cards expect SBI cashback. It used to work for CB card before but has failed 3 months in a row. This time I made new transactions to balance out the cashback but still failed. Don’t know what to do anymore

I see that there is only @phoenix854 who confirmed that his payment to SBI Cashback was successful. Even I have less hopes that it will be successful for my scheduled SBI CB payment this month. But then that mean failed transaction will block money for at least 7 days. I am still thinking if I should stop that payment or not. My spends are already gone more than total due amount.

When did you register SBI CB for HDFC autopay? Have you had any autopay declined for CB previously?

Is this your first time for SBI CB? Go ahead and see if it works. Another user got it successfully in this thread. In case declined, the money gets reversed in 3-4 days.

No problem in bill payment for SBI CB card via HDFC autopay for me either. Try deleting and adding biller again.

@credit_saver @techie_space did you remember how much outstanding amount was there on your card when bill pay succeed. Was it more than total bill amount due? that mean you did some transactions after bill generated?
