My bill of 10.5k was debited and paid on 11th June. But I haven't received points yet

Either remove your screenshot or atleast hide card number last 4 digits and txn ids. 🙂

You will receive soon. It can get delayed for some people due to reasons best known to HDFC itself.

For me Axis bill is fetched on next day, but not scheduled for Autopay, while other cards with same billing date is scheduled for Autopay

If bill amount is higher like 20k or more, then Hdfc sends you consent message only after clicking on the link & submitting the otp, you get Billpay scheduled message.
Check that message if that's the case....see below ss of sms I got.

u need not to wait until this long closer to due date.. it normally schedules within a week after bill generation..if not we shud move to pay differently and delete/add the CC again in smartpay to see atleast for next month..

Yes. My 5th July cc bill is already scheduled now.

If I have already paid 75k for this month and I have 20k more on another CC to be paid, I am thinking click "stop payment" and try other payment methods for some cashback. Can anybody confirm if pressing "stop payment" only affects this cycle and I don't need to do any action next month? Or will it stop auto payment and I need to reschedule again next month?

Last month I did stop payment for one credit card. That cc bill is scheduled this month without any problem. So it affected only that particular cycle.

Try removing cc & re-add again. & Yes it could be reason of cashback. Also make sure on same date no other biller is scheduled. That is also one of reason I found.

You will definitely be getting cb provided it is autopaid by old Platinum dc

I'm currently on Visa platinum dc, if i upgrade to Millennia dc then can i get 2.5% cashback benefit from the card? In screenshot of card upgrade there is no 2.5% cashback upto 400 mentioned. Please clear my confusion.

2.5% on cc bill using this method? Yes.

But remember, it's only upto 400. So, a 16000 cc bill will max it out.

"2 point 5% cashback" likha to hai bro. See 2nd point of Millenia. And lastly it says max cashback of 400. Dono vakyo ki sandhi kardo to get the desired result 😂

Read carefully. It says "2 point 5 percent" instead of 2.5%.

Last 4 Autopay payments haven't received cash back yet...june 11th,12,13 & 15...is that they stopped cashback for the smartpay for that merchant name?

HDFC Bank autodebit not scheduled! ICICI000000NATSI bill XXXXXXX of rs. 54668.75 via smartpay ( OTP not shared for bill above RBI limit) Pay manually.

Why this happened ? & what to do ? has anyone else got same issue.

You might have received SMS from HDFC Bank to Confirm Autopay with OTP. You have not done that. Recently we have started getting these messages. Check your mail also.
