My Amazon ICICI card is due on 7th June. Autopay was scheduled for 3rd June, but no payment happened on the 4th morning. It happened last time, but this time nothing happened. I saw some people are facing the same issue, where autopay simply failed to debit the payment. Has HDFC changed the terms for triggering the payment, maybe instead of 6 AM to some other time? Please tag me if anyone find any solution to this.
Update: payment just went through for this. It's supposed to happen on the 4th morning. Payment on another card (Axis Rewards), which was supposed to happen this morning, also went through now. I already paid through other modes in the morning, and now two payments are made on the same cards. Is there any way to get the payment back?

For me Axis also not credited. I have received a refund of 450 this month. So that's causing the problem as axis is not allowing to pay more than due. In old netbanking, it's showing in progress. In new netbanking, it's showing failed.

I posted an opinion (if not answer) about this here in this thread --

I did not click that link and deleted the biller as it was being due in same month and was of no use for me.
Have you clicked and authorized with the link?

Also, other member who ever got an authorization link (for any bill, not this one), did you click them and still AutoPay silently failing?
Maybe again if cumulative spends for 1 card is 1L or more no matter how many months it takes or total of all cc paid through smartpay in a month is more than 1L.

If both is not the case then there is something wrong with not-very-smartpay. 🙂
Now received an e-mail for the same, but it contained a link to approve the payment. Clicked in it, redirected to hdfc banking site in browser, clicked on "confim", asked OTP, I entered it, now payment is scheduled.

Your Last 4 digit of primary credit card number:4113

bill payment of Rs. 54555.83 for HGAHP018CE0484678848 via SmartPay has been declined due to PBE10002-Invalid Credential.

What is this error? I already filled all credentials correctly. Transaction was successful on this same card last month.
