It seems like you have set the max limit while scheduling and the bill is more than that.

I think something is up with HDFC BillPay when it comes to debit card payments. My 2nd and 3rd june auto debit for axis and yes bank cards did not happen. But my 3rd june rent payment autodebit via cc did happen.

Gut feeling says HDFC has figured out.

Yes many things are happening at HDFC now which can work for good or dooms day around the corner. 🤣

Maybe like Axis and Lotak they are implementing non-MCC based txn tracking and readying for it.

What are those big changes u r talking about? Any hints or summary if possible.

Update: Received the cashback for Yes Bank bill payment done on 2nd June.

Lately HDFC bill payment portal has been glitchy. More payments coming up, lets see how it goes through.

It's not over till it's over. Fingers crossed.

BTW if the payment still didn't happen, its best to pay through some BBPS supported platform. This ain't worth the risk.

On app, go to biller section, then View All, choose the card, then Modify SMartPay and choose Entire Bill Amount

It is not a problem of getting CB or not because once the payment is through then CB is definitely credited. The problem is Bill is being skipped by the HDFC BillPay.
Well. By tomorrow 6 AM, my Autopay is supposed to trigger for SBI CB for 55K. Lets see how it goes.
I will update everyone in the morning 🌞.

People generally set up auto-pay for peace of mind, as they often forget due dates.

But yaha toh due date ke 1 din pehle, kuch ghanto pehle tak dekha ja rha hai 🤣🤣🤣

Itna hi dekhna hai toh manual hi pay karlete using other ways to earn cashback on cc bills.
