Storage - Any app that has lock, I shared my card with my family, so at any point of time, I have already sent them over WhatsApp. SO starred those messages. But here only those cards, which we prefer to use online most of the time like SBI CB, HDFC Millenia etc.

I have made few google sheets too to track rewards for the cards which are not showing well in their statements, eg: I have well maintained sheet for Axis Airtel, HDFC Millenia & Tata Neu. Other cards are either show rewards or not used enough to do tracking.

Tried to automate if there are excel statements available, or convert PDF to excel, but banks do not use excel to generate statements (Fintech Background). So not worth extracting texts from them and automate using scripts or codes. Cred is doing it as a company. They have a large team and resources 😛

Most of my cards are not milestone based, but there is a way to track milestones & fee waivers. EG: HDFC, ICICI, SBI shows in their App.

What to manage in expiry, banks/NCBFs sends new card automatically on expiry.

Fees is what you need to remember, I only have one paid card. So not worried about it.

You can't get all features in single app at least not for free. CRED has most of the features, it even has started showing rewards accumulated.

I use BitWarden to store credit card details and a simple online Excel sheet to write down what is the bill generated and did I pay it or not. Summing these values gives me annual spends.
Highly recommend Bitwarden, I use it for for accessing CCs on desktop, laptop, phone.. a great password manager and stores secure notes too..

💳 Managing 20+ Credit Cards Efficiently? Here's My Proven System!

I've been managing 20-25 credit cards for the past 4-5 years using a reliable and simple system that ensures on-time payments and zero late fees. Here's how I do it:

🔄 Due Date Strategy
I align my cards to keep due dates grouped between:
1st to 5th or 25th to 31st
This makes tracking and batching payments much easier.

📲 CRED App
All my cards are added to CRED, which I use for:

Smart payment reminders
Real-time tracking of the total outstanding amount
As I pay, the amount adjust manually—always keeping me updated!

❌ Milestone Trackers?
For most cards, not worth the effort.

------------------------------------------------------------

📊 My Dynamic Google Sheet – (The Game-Changer only for me. 🤣 )
To double-check due dates and payment history, I built a dynamic Google Sheet that I can access anytime, anywhere – on PC, mobile, iOS, Android – just by logging into my Google account. No card data stored on third-party apps! ✅
Screenshot attached below.

Key Features:
ROW 8: Highlights cards (slight red background color) with annual fee dates approaching within 2 months.
COLUMN G (Dark Red): Indicates cards due in ≤ 5 days.
COLUMN H: Auto-clears red highlight of COLUMN G once marked as Paid.
COLUMN P: Just a quick note on monthly milestones or movie offers.

------------------------------------------------------------

🔐 Why It Works?
✅ 100% control
✅ No reliance on random reminders
✅ Card details safe within Google
✅ Access from any device
✅ Nearly 950+ on-time payments reflected in CIBIL 📈

Try this combo of tech + habit. It’s been a lifesaver for me! 💡
