I made transaction on 26 th March and the reward points of 2000 credited on the same day but every time I try to redeeming it doesn't give me option to use my reward points. Any solution? By the way I'm talking about savings account rewards points of debit card

I did some transaction on ishop, in statement it is showing base points but in ishop it doesn't show any available points to redeem, is there any locking period or timeline? Or is it just that my card is just 20 days old thus some glitch in icici backend?

Rewards portal tab can be found on BoB App. Seems like it's a tie up with third party (cheggout). No fascinating rewards though 1% to 4% on fashion brands and some ecoms. Also reward have to be claimed by sending purchase proof via the portal to cheggout which is again a headache.
