over limit

one of my cousin have so many credit cards and he do lots of transaction daily from them he give people as a loan from his cards and he have tons of website where he use cards and he just 20 years old and he show he's CC people and show off and he is like so fekku chand and he have 50 to 60 lakh...

I had to do a certain transaction of around 2 lac and I was getting a 5 % discount on paying through amazon pay ICICI card and so my father applied for the card and he got it 2 days back, but the limit is just 80k. I talked to the customer he said that the bank won't allow that big transaction...
