icici emeralde private credit card

Hi Folks, I already have ICICI Amazon Pay, ICICI Platinum (LTF) card, ICICI Coral Rupay credit card. I can cancel ICICI Platinum card and I would like to upgrade to Emeralde Private Metal credit card from ICICI. However online application does not work.
