bob onecard

My Paytm has been showing 'issue at operator end" for the past 3 months only for Bob Onecard, so unable to pay bill there. Hdfc BillPay or SBI Unipay also does not take allow Bob Onecard payments saying "invalid set of parameters" Is there any other way to pay Onecard bill with DC to get rewards.

It's showing issued by BOB financial But when I check lending partner from profile section its showing federal Bank. Probably because I am getting personal loan offer in onescore app so it must be personal loan partner bank which is federal Bank. I am Getting this offer on onecard, showing...
