I just called a lawyer he advised me to , present the death certificate of my Father to the district court, and tell them that we were un aware of that loan.

I will do that bank,s part. What about summon letter? i think i must go there and presend my fathers Death Certificate to them.

I am thinking of writing a letter to that Bank Branch, informing them that i am his Legal son ,and he passed away on 2010 and request the bank to write off the loan.
