Still I am facing technical issues to access my credit card in kotak can any one confirm that if they are facing some technical issue in credit card section of kotak app

kotak bank system is very good some times when i call more than 3 times to customer care team i recieve a call from kotak senior team after 1 to 3 hours later that if i am facing issue or my issue is solved or not . never seen such excellent customer service from other bank

no i known that a technical issue is going on this happen friday 2pm also but i am trying to say that i tried more than 15 times to login to my credit card account will kotak system detech that user has tried so many times to login and will think that some stranger person is trying to open and...

will kotak ban my account because due to this issue i tired to check my credit card details for than 15 times

and till now mobikiwk has not processed my payment as there no no operater id till now , but when there process the payment they also do instant credit and they also do by imps i have many times used for my hdfc card , all this happen due to this kotak issue

yeah check it its via imps but after transaction is sucessful in amazon pay its instant but due to this technical issue it took 50 minutes even the cash back of the bill payment got credited with in 1 minute in amazon pay wallet

that is not written in sms or email alerts that can be only seen through transaction history from app , but till now technical issue is going on in the app , when the technical issue is over i will update

update the bill payment from amazon pay credited now to the card account but from mobikwik is still in process

after amazon pay to check i also tried by mobikwik idid a payment of 100 but there the bill payment is gone under process

yes and we are also unable to pay the bill from kotak app the payment section is opening but no card number is showing there

i paid kotak credit card bill by amazon pay but not credited to card as it is instant but i saw there is a technical issue going on now kotak app i am uanble to view my credit card it is saying no active card or your card is blocked i know this is technical issue and also i am unable to pay...

when i had high balance an my debit card spending was also high every month i would get an preapprove offer my account is only 4 months old but i am attached to classic banking program. but as of now i am having low balance it has been a months no offer till now

after that i got debit card emi it was around 70 k i used 15 k , at that time was keeping my account balance upto 60 k , but as soon as i lowed by balance around 8k , they removed my remaing preapproved limit ,

i will use kotak bank card till 20 january if limit increase ok or else i will close
