Nope it's only once. For dual variant it is twice, one per each card as explained above. But if you have visa variant then 2+2 is possible for each month. For MC only 1+1.

No on MC card you can book 1+1 where the discount is instant but on amex the discount is not instant it is cb based which you receive in 1-2 month

You can use bms one per each card. For master card is it instant discount and for amex toy will receive cb in one or two months. You can try changing to visa but then your dual card might be closed.

Maybe in early days for few people it would have worked. But now surely they are closing extra variant
