I was charged annual fee on Magnus on 13th Oct (still in unbilled). I called customer care to check if any retention offer available . I spent around 10 lac last anniv year. It was refused. I then called procedure to close. They said you need to clear dues. I told It is alraedy in credit but...
But it also helps when thetre are 3-4 pasengers on same ticket. Max discount is limited but convenience fee is added for each passenger. Also 500 for food is for each person, not each ticket.

Got an update that cleartrip and Axis has tied up. For high end cards liek Magnus, zero fee. cancellation, 1200 discount, upto 500 free meals and more . Looks lucrative.

Anyone knows about Accor all customer. care email or number?. I got Accorplus membership last month with 4000 points but 20 status nights are not credited as per offer. Did not find any way to connect to them (on their website, ridiculous)
Same value we will get with miles transfer. 5:1 means 20ps/point which is same we encash it for vouchers. Why to tie points ten to single entity say vistara!
