This is a UPI feature.. Nothing to copy. PayTM is the first third party app to implement the feature. That's all.! Gradually all others like Phonepe and Gpay will implement. Also adding CC UPI is also a feature, nothing to copy from BHIM, as BHIM is a govt owned app, it gets the first preference.

yes. right after first page. after entering otp this sheet comes. There was 3 cards for me to select. DCP, Regalia and some indigo one. For pre-approved CC there is no documentation or income docs. After this page i think it was the address confirmation which was also prefilled.
