Alot of people are reporting that even though branch is next to home they cannot proceed with account opening. Maybe AU is forcing them to go to branch and open an account with regular MAB. My branch is 75 kms away in a village and I was able to open it.
None. I got it closed in less than one year. They didn't charge anything. Infact gave me back 500 rupees that I had in account as cash from the cashier.
Yes. Any IndusInd branch. I went yesterday to a nearby branch (not my home branch) and got the account closed. They didn’t know how to do it and asked me to call Indie customer care. The customer care guy explained the branch guy to fill the usual account closure form. No documents or anything...
Yea but it will also be for limited time only. Eventually they will add charges silently or through notification, otherwise there is no point to change tiers.
