I got the first statement for PNB rupay select. All my transactions are UPI and 590 was charged duly as joining fee. But I don’t see any reward points in reward segment of the pdf. Any idea about this?

Yesterday I received PNB rupay select. It was a smooth online process. Started on 26th August, card delivered on 11th Sep. No follow up was done. Everything was automatic. Enjoying my first Rupay on UPI.

Never asked for activation, just PAN, DOB AND OTP that's all. Still couldn't find card number. Customer care is not connecting

When I do that, says “your card is blocked” contact customer care

Got my approval today, I can see card as well in app and in BHIM Thanks to @Rkr for tips and tricks One question, can I get the card details without masking in pnb app? Unable to find that option yet

I applied for the card on last Friday, completed VKYC on Monday, send additional document on Wednesday. Today I got acknowledgement mail from them. Hope application will be approved soon.

From the link which was generated after application number generation. I saved that link and clicked today. That was a general link, anyway they will ask application number and fetch your data live. Typical PSU thing!

I just finished VKYC, both application and kyc was pretty smooth. Do I need to do anything myself after this? Or just wait and watch till approval?

I just completed VKYC. Started exactly at 10 AM and within 2 attempt I got the line. KYC madam was so not interested person but eventually cleared it within 2 mins. My question to this forum, is there anything I need to do myself or just wait and watch till approval?

Applied rupay select today. Process was very fast in pnb website including document upload. I got URN number with provisional limit of 370000. Now I'm trying to start vkyc since last 30 mins. All it says is our executive are busy. What next? I can complete vkyc any time later on by clicking the...
