Yes but pay-with-points also is a type of redemption so it applies for that as well..may be you can wait for other TF members to comment on the same.

No, it is still in process. Their process is to first do LE and then proceed with upgrade.

It is still in process, I submitted income docs on 18th July and received LE, 3 days back.

I have got the LE while requesting for upgrade from Millennia to Select. For Wealth, I heard you need to have minimum limit of 5 lac for existing Select card. You can also take a look at this post on twitter:
