Yes for some reason my account was blocked. Called accor and they confirmed the same.
Asked me to send the govt issued id card and then unblocked the account within 2 days
Even I tried with both the Id, Old(Basic Membership) and new(Silver Membership) both failed.
TravelEdge told me that there is some data mismatch. When I asked what the issue is, they told me to wait for the email reply.

I think now we have to call customer care to redeem the same. or the redemption is specific to hotels only.
Also has anyone tried "limitlessexperiences" seems like Points can be used to redeem even phone. Not sure how shipping will happen or will there be any import fee.
