I got confirmation last year still they deducted for 2023 Q4 Their system is very strange

If you dont activate it gets cancelled in 30 days. Also now have Neu Card so have to cancel both so I just left it as it is

I had kept 130 only in the account as it was mainly used for buying BmS tickets using DC and everything was deducted to 0 balance. After complaint today they reversed the entire amount so have the entire 130 back
