Let me share my experience. I barely use HDFC bank app. I have taken the merchants number and HDFC has showed me the UPI address and then I have transferred the money. In reality, this upi address doesn't exist lol. Complained to CC and got refund after a week.

I did the same. Opened SM acc. Intially they offered me trash MB in June with 65k limit and I have waited patiently. Now in dec 1st week received Millenia with 1.5L. Waiting for LTF offer 😄

Same case for me on saturday. Today I tried to pay again and it went through. Im yet to receive refund on my saturday's payment.
