Yes, my first attempt was at 1pm where it said no agents available and then I scheduled it to 1:30PM and after 10 mins an agent joined.

My experience wasn’t smooth either. Created application but unable to do vKYC since no one was joining. On third day, application had expired so made a new one and did vKYC successfully on second attempt. Even that was cut off mid sentence but was counted as successful, lol.
