I had axis ace for 6 month with limit 15k. So I applied manually for LE. After 4 days they increased the limit but did a cibil enquiry. Is it normal ? As I did the same manual procedure in HDFC 1 month ago , but they did not do cibil enquiry and increased the limit without cibil enq.

I have cibil subscription and use its app. Seen the offers section that has credit card and loan offers. Is it more helpful to apply via this app compared to others like direct application or other 3rd party apps like bankbazar , paisabazar. Anyone tried it ? And why is only sbi cards in it ?
