Curious what happens when these cards are due for renewal, do they automatically give you the same cards(Rupay-Platinum, Select etc.) , which people have got after so much initial effort or give cards(useless) which people originally had.
So for deviation if Branch Manager/RM are not supportive for Infinia, you have so many hoops to jump. Don't think BM would take so much effort if he has real incentive to facilitate it for you. So it is easier to get to that 7.5 L spend then request for deviation.

It has become hit or miss with Axis Airtel, I have stopped complaining, now sticking to only Airtel payments primarily and for Swiggy/Zomato if other options are available use them and it is the last option for the food orders, but still it is fairly good card to stick with.
