You either need to maintain 10K QAB for urban & 5K for rural or FD of 1Lakh for Urban or FD of 50000 for rural & you can use this account as zero balance as NMC will be waived off till your FD amount is 1Lakh/50K depends on your location.

Bhadiya rahega bhai, best account hai HDFC se. No charges for anything except imps. 25K maintain karna hai bus and I would recommend you to to close HDFC platinum and order millennia DC instead. It's much fruitful, good luck.
