It depends on POS or online merchant. Frankly its a mess and Sodexo should have just given a virtual DC than this dual thingy card.

Earlier sodexo used to give flexi benefit pass which allowed loading but via debit card and netbanking. It was issued by idfc first bank. New multi benefits pass doesn't allow. Also it's no issues by bank now but sodexo itself via zeta.

How do you say it's expiring next month? By looking at card expiry date? It won't expire like that, renewal card will carry forward the old card money. Also meal voucher and multi benefits card are separate entities, amount deposited in meal card cannot be used in multi benefits rupay card.

i always use sodexo anywhere it's accepted over 5-10% offers on CC. Reason is simple - by using sodexo fearure from my employer, I'm saving 30% on tax, which is way more than bank offers.

ICICI CARD IS FAR BETTER, Works everywhere as it is on Visa platform. Also they have a large team present all India, large branch network for query resolution.

I use only sudexo. Majorly I use it on jiomart, swiggy instamart, zepto. Didn't tried on zomato

Pluxee is far superior. You can use it on Swiggy and Zomato. Also you can use it on selected Reliance Retail outlets. Customer Care is also not bad.
