like for bank there is rbi ombudsman to complain , is there any thing for flipkart , because today was the last day for the refund timeline but till now i have not received the refund in my account , i am asking the refund reference number but they are unable to provide that , contacted flipkart customer care but no proper reply same robotic reply

hi today i got a limit increase offer in rbl from 25k to 35k , in the message it was written give miss call on this number , after miss call i recived a message from rbl that thank you for your consent your request will processed in 2 days , guys is this normal in rbl bank , because most bank do limit increase instant .

i have a axis credit card , 4 months old , i want a airtel card but i am not getting pre approved offer for addition card , when i click on credit card section its says i already have a existing credit card , how to get preapproved offers for airtel card please suggest
