i purchased a laptop from amazon in emi by sbi card , do emi transaction count in milestone

does rbl bank allows its add on credit card users to use credit card on upi and which others banks allow add on card holders to use credit card on upi

i have a axis credit card , 4 months old , i want a airtel card but i am not getting pre approved offer for addition card , when i click on credit card section its says i already have a existing credit card , how to get preapproved offers for airtel card please suggest
