    faced a weird issue in imobile app, where it was showing me someone else's statement. I couldnt take a screenshot, has anyone faced this? not able to see that now.

    It has happened to me 5 times till now. Someone else's credit card was showing for three times. Then someone else's NRI account in my account and once someone's Mumbai account. So it is a problem with their database.

    Not only that in BHIM App instead of my ICICI Coral Rupay CC it shown me ICICI card of someone else twice till now with limit 3.5X more than me. Even till payment page the same card was showing while UPI PIN shown wrong and that person may have got wrong pin sms also.

    Edit: I remembered encountering same thing in PNB also when I downloaded my statement and someone's PNB account statement was downloaded and I was like when did I had so much txn. It was a current account statement with 528 pages of txn for a year.

    Similar thing happened in my Father's demat account which started showing someone's else's details. It happens when system links someone's CUST ID or UCC to someone else's account mainly due to database coding problems. But banks/demat providers or any other corrects it themselves or sometime logging out and logging in sorts outs everything.

    Somthing similar happened with hdfc email issue in my wife's email. That time she didn't had any hdfc relation.

    Initially we asked them 2-3 times politely through email that the email id is not belong to any of their customers. Still they were spamming for solid 2-3 years.

    Then we took up the chalange and collected all account information of that customer. Then asked them look this is the last time we are asking to take appropriate step else we gonna share all these details in public webpage because we are fed up with ur spams since so many months. Mentioned some of those details as a hint that we know more. Then they took the step. Now 95% of those emails stopped.

    By the way they also thanked us for not taking the benefits even though we could have.
