HSBC offers a Smart Money account that allows customers to withdraw up to 90% of their fixed deposit (FD) amount and get a credit card. Open a Smart Money Account with a minimum fixed deposit of INR25,000.

When i enquired they said there is no such option!. Anyone tried?
