Need Suggestion on Food Card

Hi,

My Organization is providing 4 Food Card options:

1. Axis Bank
2. HDFC Bank
3. ICICI Bank
4. Pluxee (formerly Sodexo)

I tried Axis earlier. It was pathetic. Currently, I am an HDFC Food Card holder though this bank has stopped supporting major platforms like Zomato/Swiggy etc so planning to switch between ICICI Bank or Pluxee.

If anyone is using any of it please share your reviews on:
1. Supported platforms
2. Card Acceptance
3. App/Net banking support
4. Customer Care support

Pluxee is far superior.
You can use it on Swiggy and Zomato.
Also you can use it on selected Reliance Retail outlets.
Customer Care is also not bad.

Pluxee, you can also use it on Blinkit to order groceries

Pluxee is far superior than any other meal cards. Other than mentioned online platforms, it can be also used offline in Reliance Smart Point, Dominos, Pizza Hut etc.
Even small super markets accept payment via Pluxee (In Pluxee app we have options to check Mechant Directory with GPS location, It will show all nearby shops/eateries who accept payment from pluxee.) It shows around 20 shops within a 4km radius for my Tier 2 city.

I use only sudexo.
Majorly I use it on jiomart, swiggy instamart, zepto.
Didn't tried on zomato

It works on store.
But online, it was not working couple of months back. You can check this by yourself now.

No it doesn't. But if you use app for placing dine in/pickup order, you can choose cash mode and swipe pluxee card at the restaurant.

ICICI CARD IS FAR BETTER, Works everywhere as it is on Visa platform. Also they have a large team present all India, large branch network for query resolution.
