1. CL requirement increased to 10L.
2. If your CL is increased to 10L recently in last 6 months, then this won't work.

I have tons of questions.

1. Do we need ITR/Salary even if Imperia/infinity RLV/TRV requirement is reached?
2. Is CL/Spends criteria increased only in case of imperia/infinity?

Normal sending email to grievance, is 8L limit still works?

It is big pain if you have to do any change. One, fare booked is lowest so usually it costs is very high for any change. Plus other than cancellation you have to contact aggregator like yatra from whom ticket was booked who take their sweet time to respond. After one experience, I swear will not book flight from smartbuy untill they start showing all fares for flights.

Same here. We use to redeem dcb points but charges for reschedule and to do via aggregator , its big no.
I use points on hotel booking in which cancellation are mostly free.
Better option is to book via mmt biz via smartbuy if you have biz black. We get 5x and free/ less charges for change and cancel.

How you are planning?

Why so much planning for a card which forces the customer to use it's proprietary platform. I got the lifetime free upgrade to Infinia in 2020 and 2020-21 was the only time I used it as my primary card. Before that it was Citi + Amex and now Axis + HSBC + Amex.

Yes I agree. I book flights through Skyscanner or other aggregator. Recently I booked Malaysia flights through MMT and took zero cancellation option at 30k. No such option exists for flights through Smartbuy. However I booked Kuala Lumpur Hotels at zero cancellation option through Smartbuy which was nice. Also I had a rare experience of hotel booking failure through Smartbuy although amount and reward points were refunded within 2 days.
