There has been a devaluation in Federal Celesta card where now domestic lounge has been reduced to 2 per qtr from 4, that also on spend based of 60,000 previous qtr

only use left of this card is the International Lounge access as it is still Without any Spend criteria & For any offers.

Absolutely is.

1) Its still a LTF card so no major harm (unless your CIBIL looks over-leveraged)

2) The international lounge access is still without any conditions (i do agree that int'l lounges arent commonly used)

3) I use it very often for offers on Zomato and Zepto etc.
