I also complained about Axis Bank blunders in March 2024 and May 2024 (freezing points account and asking for invoices). Today I see a write off entry of 10000 in my credit card account. Axis customer care is clueless what this is for and I do not have any ongoing issue with axis.

Recieved closure email from RBI confirming that 10k recieved is for compensation from them

acha write off ye hai mujhe bhi 10k credit hua hai. phone to roj axis ka aaraha hai but kuch bolta nahi hai koi.
is case related hai, but mera Rupay card 😭
