Yeh kaisi ghatiya bank hai, failed transaction ka kuch nahi pata laga pa rahe, upar se bol rahe HDFC ke paas jao, yaha kuch nahi milega kuch bhi nahi, I can not even get transaction reference number from these duffers.

wait for 5-7 days if u do not get any refund then file the chargeback request with your bank.

Out of curiosity I just downloaded and logged into unity small finance bank app. I was able to access the account and other details.
