I yesterday downgraded my Grande account to Exclusive through Branch after getting Pinnacle cc. Within a day, it's done.
This is completely wrong info that Exclusive account is discontinued.

Yes I recently opened an exclusive account for my relative, With 1 lakh Ip cheque.
Welcome kit also received.

No Exclusive is still there, it is just that they are busy in promoting there other variant. so Exclusive is kind of dormant for new joining. If you have pinnacle credit card, then you can get it for sure.
