You will need to check with the CC on this. If they are saying the reward points will reflect after Bill generation then they are lying. Escalate. Also, try the number provided on the back of the card.

All financial services who issue Credit cards are required by RBI to follow proper KYC procedure. If you have done kyc using your adhaar, your adhaar data will remain with them.

For SC Ultimate, in my experience required 2L+ monthly gross salary and name of my organization in their approved list. Don't have any idea regarding their C2C process.

Even for international transactions, Expiry Date and CVV is required. No transaction can happen without these details. From what I can understand, someone tried to add this card to Google Payment and the transaction failed. However, In India, even adding the card to google payments requires OTP.
