HDFC Bank is asking for proofs for transaction dispute, what to show when there's no trace of the transaction and I didn't even take the transaction failed screenshot. I'm feeling I literally need to start screen recording anything new at least.
I've kept Rs. 10 lakhs, 3 lakhs MAB is what the guy from bank mentioned in order to stay within the Wealth banking or else will be downgraded
as soon as I'm upgraded, I'll surely offload all the money ... I hope IDFC First Bank doesn't downgrades from Wealth to regular banking
Things are getting out of hand now. I still haven't received the refund of Rs. 1,000 done via HDFC Bank debit card.
I even wrote an email to support.bbps@sbi.co.in but there has been no response yet. Raised transaction dispute with HDFC Bank and they replied today with the response that...

super bullshit offer 🤮
yes, I do avail the offer but only when cashback rate is equivalent to convenience fee charged for adding money to wallet via credit card. Generally it's 1.5% cashback in fuel wallet but very rarely, they come up with 2.35% cashback which is exactly the convenience fee rate charged to me and...
It's in their T&Cs, if transferring more than Rs. 5,000 per month from wallet to bank, Paytm can increase the convenience fee incurred on adding money to wallet via credit card.
