Yes, just a personal preference I guess. IDFC UI feels a bit better and the experience is much smoother in iOS …. The iMobile app does get stuck sometimes and it’s very frustrating …but that’s just nitpicking…compared to my experience with 7-8 other bank apps … ICICI & IDFC are miles ahead…

I have a joint account with 4 different banks, UPI is only available for the primary account holder in the joint account. 2 different numbers can be linked and also 2 debits cards are given if applied for, but UPI is for the primary holder only. Banks: ICICI, SBI, HDFC, KBL

Just the credit card, no savings account or any other relationship with Axis. I did apply for an Addon Card by visiting a branch. Again took sometime with their processes ….but eventually they came through….and an Add on card was sent.

Yes, the issue was with Travel Edge and Rewards Edge portal as well. They did sort it out eventually though. Everything is working fine for now 🤞.... hoping I don't have to contact their customer support again, it's definitely not the best experience.

Yes, I have a LTF ICICI Sapphiro (LTF was offered as an offer the converting from Jet Saphhiro). My account got converted to Wealth Account after I got Card. It was upgraded when it was issued 3 years back.

1st of every month, due date generally is around 18th to 20th. Reason: Most of my payments & bills are around the first week of the month… therefore I am able to utilise the 45-50 day interest free credit period to the maximum possible

It took around 10 days for them to fix it. Had to send an email to traveledge.support@axisbank.com from the registered email mentioning the last 6 digits of the card and the login issue with a screenshot attached.

They’ve fixed it for me… I can log in now… had written another mail today to traveledge.support@axisbank.com … finally!

No Solutions for me yet , have escalated to the Nodal Officer.... and following up on traveledge.support@axisbank.com on a regular basis ....

The customer service number is 18604195555 , you are using one digit less in the end .... that's why the issue. 18004190065 is working for me on Jio...just verified.
