Yes, the issue was with Travel Edge and Rewards Edge portal as well. They did sort it out eventually though. Everything is working fine for now 🤞.... hoping I don't have to contact their customer support again, it's definitely not the best experience.

Yes, I have a LTF ICICI Sapphiro (LTF was offered as an offer the converting from Jet Saphhiro). My account got converted to Wealth Account after I got Card. It was upgraded when it was issued 3 years back.

It took around 10 days for them to fix it. Had to send an email to traveledge.support@axisbank.com from the registered email mentioning the last 6 digits of the card and the login issue with a screenshot attached.

They’ve fixed it for me… I can log in now… had written another mail today to traveledge.support@axisbank.com … finally!

No Solutions for me yet , have escalated to the Nodal Officer.... and following up on traveledge.support@axisbank.com on a regular basis ....

1860 from Jio is free … but Airtel isn’t…you can raise a call request from Axis… otherwise the wait time for these calls can become really expensive

Took me a week for the whole process… from applying through C2C to receiving…. although after receiving…had issues with login to travel edge , edge rewards etc … been 3 weeks and still following up with the infamous Axis customer care for solutions …

Edgerewards login was sorted after escalating to Nodal Officer… unfortunately no solution from travel edge customer support yet…

You should receive the card within a few days after it shows up in your account. The card is already approved if it’s showing on you account … so no chance of rejection… Afaik , they are only issuing the Visa card after the Mastercard ban… although he ban is over … haven’t heard anyone getting a...

+1 for Fi money .. had a great experience in my last trip … their app is really good and user friendly…

Also look into ICICI Wealth account , you can open one with initial 5 lakh deposit and then it’s a zero balance account….no charge for almost all possible service In terms of Online Banking , App and phone banking (directly connects to a Wealth RM) it probably one of the best of not the best...
