I have been using Sbi bpcl for the past 2.5 years.. Experience have been good.. Now for the past few months.. They don't credit me the fuel surcharge waiver of 1%. I called them for the past three months and they refunded some amount.. But the issue still persists.. Still I don't get the fuel...

I have paid an amount without making it autopay, but I didn't get the cashback. And it takes 3 days to reflect the amount paid in the credit card statement to reflect.. Hassle process. So back to cred app again.
