Same happened for me today! Realized that Re 0.21 was not paid by me and they charged some 1500+ Have written an email as was shocked and in parallel then checked TF for "Purchase Interest".

Guys, since 11th August or so, HDFC has done changes to their transaction alert email and they can't be read. Any update? Or tips?

There are contradictory news on this topic. Some users, on Reddit, from where Twitter folks picked up news, shared that they were getting CB earlier (few months back) but didn't get this time. So, I would urge to be double sure and do small transaction and share back results.
