I have tried writing to them twice in last 2 week, but unable to succeed for Infinia upgrade. DCB Metal limit over 8L and spends around 6.5 Lacs for last 6 months. Also sent them bank statements and other cards statements which has more expenditure than DCB, but they are not convinced.

Hi, I understand that Magnus Burgundy does not give reward points for Utilities (MCC 4814, 4816, 4899, 4900) and Government Institutions (MCC 9222, 9311, 9399, 9402). But it appears that payment of school fees will generate reward points. am i correct?

Money was already charged on my account and due to delay in their email response, I had also paid the fee with GST by the due date. Later, they gave credit to my account.

During covid, I spent a measly amount on my DCB and requested them to waive off the fee. They did it as a one time gesture. Not sure about recent experiences.

Yes, Monthly limit is already sorted in Magnus. but now it looks Amex MRCC is the only alternative as HDFC do not give big points on insurance
