Firstly cut down ur utilisation. You can apply for for HDFC n IDFC entry level cards i.e- Freedom /Moneback or IDFC Millennia as u already have relationship with them. It might help you in getting approval. You can approach offline agent fr BOB cards.

Never close your oldest card. It will impact your credit age hence your credit score

It all depends on bank & your luck. They can approve. They can deny also. No credit history or relationship with bank is -ve in this case
