I was in a similar situation, I closed Ace to get Airtel card (I already had Magnus & Atlas), and there was a cooling period and I wasn't able to apply through app. I called up my RM and she got me through.

If you still have the leaflet that came with the kit mentioning 0 Joining and 0 Annual Fee, you can use it when contacting Axis Bank.
